Steve Kropper is Chief Strategy Officer and Chairman of the Board, having co-founded the firm -- originally known as INPHO, Inc. -- with Fran Rivkin. Steve's broad experience in sales, marketing and strategy includes work for leading companies in the telecommunications, computer and networking technology industries. As Domania's chief strategist, he leads corporate strategy, strategic alliances, fundraising and acquisitions. Prior to founding INPHO, Inc., Steve advised senior management at Bell Canada on domestic regulatory issues, and was part of the three-person team that developed the penetration strategy for Clear Communications in New Zealand. He also held strategic advisory positions at Martin Marietta Corp. and International Data Corp. Steve is a regular speaker at national venues on real estate and consumer information issues. Bernie Dietz is Domania's Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Prior to joining Domania, Bernie served as Vice President of Business Development at WebCT, Inc., a leading provider of online learning software, where he recruited and managed the teams responsible for advertising and sponsorship sales, publisher alliances, digital content sales and acquisitions. Prior to joining WebCT, Bernie served as the Director of Business Development at The Motley Fool, Inc., joining the company in early 1997. In that position he worked on every phase of the business development process, from ad sponsorships to portal anchor tenancy deals. He also crafted offline partnerships for a nationally syndicated radio show, books, and magazines. Bernie is a member of the Maryland Bar and earned a J.D. with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law, and a B.A. degree in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Ben Joslin is the Vice President of Marketing for Domania. Ben is responsible for new data acquisitions, as well as customer acquisition, content distribution and several strategic partnerships. Ben is the creator of the Domania Direct product line, an integrated direct marketing solution for the mortgage and real estate industries. Prior to joining Domania, Ben worked for the Share Group in Somerville, Massachusetts, a market leader in direct marketing, credit card sales, long distance sales and fundraising. Ben held various positions at the Share Group including General Manager for the Share Commercial Services Division and National Call Center Director. During Ben's tenure at the Share Group, the business grew from one regional office to a national company with nine offices, resulting in the Share Group being named to Inc.
