The product targets customers in your portfolio who will need new financing by flagging properties searched in Domania's 27–million-record Home Price Check™ database.

Users perform over 2.5 million Home Price Check searches a month, and they do so for several reasons: they're selling their home and want to set their asking price; they're buying a home and want to research selling prices in order to make an appropriate offer; or they're a homeowner wanting to know their home's market value.

We match homes searched in our database to the properties in your customer file, providing you with a high–probability indicator that your customer may be thinking of selling or refinancing. Repeated user searches of a specific address are a strong signal that an activity related to that property will occur in the near future.

Portfolio Match only targets addresses based on specific user interactions with the database, and all file matching is done anonymously, ensuring customer privacy.

Data Flagged by Activity Only–Only user searches cause the transaction flag to be raised for a particular address.
